The park model is a 1 bedroom unit. It has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and
full living room. It has DirecTV, grill, porch, a boat, linens, towels,
TP, and soap. Just like all the other units. It is located across from the
covered picnic area, swing set, basketball court, and tether ball.
